We also specialise in property in Marbella in Spain and are now highly concentrating on property in Monte Carlo. We are also undergoing a highly executive development in Dubai at the famous Jumeirah Beach.

Viewings take place during normal office hours of 9.00 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays although appointments can sometimes be made outside of these hours by special arrangement.

If you do make an offer on a property which is accepted by the Landlord we would require a non-refundable holding deposit.

Chelsea RealEstates use a Credit Rating Agency to assess tenants for which there is a fee.

There is also an Administration cost for the drawing up of all the legal documentation

One month’s rent in advance, six weeks rent as deposit, our Administration Fee and any check-in charges must be paid on or before the date of occupation.

Estate Agents' Contracts - A Word of Warning

Many Estate Agents are currently asking prospective clients to sign agreements that can tie them in for a minimum period of time, in some cases this can be for as long as 20 weeks! We strongly recommend caution before signing such a document as this type of agreement benefits only the estate agent. If, for example, you are unhappy with the service after two weeks there is normally nothing you can do until the contract expires.

At CHELSEA REALESTATES we have taken a stand against this practice, our terms and conditions state very simply that "we will act for as long as you are satisfied with our efforts on your behalf". If for any reason you are unhappy with the service we provide you can dismiss us with a single phone call (it doesn't happen very often, but it is important to us that our clients always have the choice).
