The Garden

A tidy garden and neatly trimmed hedges can massively improve your chances of creating a good impression. Mowing the lawn and planting a few shrubs can go a long way to improving the overall look.
The Entrance

The Hallway is the starting point for any visitor so make it as welcoming as possible. Keep the decor light and simple. Use plants and flowers to create a fresh scent as well as a homely feel.
Windows and Doors

Sparkling windows and a tidy front door is a good start. If the door is looking a bit tatty a coat of paint in a bright colour can do wonders. Allow as much natural light as possible into the home to create an airy and bright atmosphere. Fresh flowers or smart plants will help every room to express its full potential especially conservatories.
Create More Space

Rooms can be made to look more spacious by rearranging furniture and clearing the clutter. One or two strategically placed mirrors can also add an element of dimension to the room.

The House should be kept clean and tidy for each viewing appointment.
" You Never Get A Second Chance To Make A First Impression "
Kitchen and Bathroom

"Cleanliness is next to Godliness" as the saying goes. A hygienic and bright kitchen and bathroom will create a more inviting feel to the property. Just think of the impression you get when you visit an untidy bathroom in a fine restaurant. We often judge other people by our own standards.
Enhancing Attractive Features

If you have a fine fireplace for instance make it the focus of the room and complement it with a well chosen picture or mirrors. Always remember you are trying to appeal to the widest possible audience.
